This week at Inka Wasi we are excited to announce that we will be hoping on the plant-based meat trend and partnering with Impossible foods starting this week/weekend! We are only one of the first restaurants in the South Bay (of LA) area to offer this one their menu. We might even be the first Peruvian restaurant to incorporate Impossible Foods into authentic Peruvian Cuisine. We hope our peers (other businesses and individuals) will follow our footsteps in reducing our carbon footprint and become a more sustainable planet.
